The premise of this whole site is that somebody else has already measured your supply. We are not that somebody, and we never see what they found.
The takeaway
Nobody here has seen your water: no monitoring data, no laboratory results, no saved copy of any report. The site has no form either. A call leaves a ZIP code, what you want done, and the number it came from.

No monitoring data, no laboratory results, no saved copy of any system’s report, and no note of what was found at any address. We run no tests and none are sent to us.
What a water system measures stays with that system. What a laboratory measures at your tap stays between you and the laboratory. Neither route passes through this website.
Nothing here collects anything
There is no form to complete, no questionnaire about your supply, no sign-in, no newsletter box and no chat panel. Each page was written and saved before your visit and cannot receive anything back.
You could read the site end to end, twice, and we would still have no idea anybody had been here.
What a telephone call leaves behind
Enough to route it: a ZIP code and a sentence about what you want done. The number you dialed from comes with the call, along with when it happened and how long it lasted.
No name is asked for. No street is asked for. Nothing about what your supply contains, and nothing about why anyone in the household is asking.
Who hears it
One contractor: the one covering your area who picks up. They need the description because an installation cannot be priced sight unseen.
Beyond that, nobody. No manufacturer, no retailer, no water system, no list, and no arrangement under which any of the above could buy their way into one.
Having it deleted
Email hello@nxtaflow.com from, or quoting, the number you rang on, and say so. That number is the whole index — there is nothing else to search on, which is the trade-off for never having taken a name.
Read your report before you buy anything.It is published about your own system, it costs nothing, and it is the only thing that turns “I want a filter” into a question with an answer. If you do want something installed after that, we will route you to a contractor covering your area, matched on your ZIP code — you are never charged. Filtration is only our subject — every sort of plumbing job can be routed from here.
